STYLE: GERMAN KOLSCH Celebrate 7 years with us with our traditional German Kolsch. Light German ale, brewery with German Pilsen malt and Noble hops. Soft mouthfeel with an spiced herbal hop bitterness. Finishes dry. ABV - 5.0

HAUS OF SCHWARTZ

STYLE: SCHWARTZBIER ... German dark lager … opaque, black color with hints of chocolate and coffee flavors. Dry with mild roast malt characters. 4.9 ABV

STYLE: FARMHOUSE ALE ... Celebrate 9 Years with Cobblehaus with this pale and crisp easy drinking Farmhouse Ale … enjoyable after a long day of work.

STYLE: BELGIAN TRIPEL ... Light golden color, surprisingly light considering the high ABV … with a fruity sweetness, mild spiciness to a dry finish. 9.9 ABV

SAMMY "B"

STYLE: HEFEWEIZEN ... A south German style of wheat beer. Typical with flavors of banana and cloves with a dry and tart edge. The Hefeweizen has little hop bitterness, and a moderate alcohol level. Often served with a lemon / Orange wedge to either cut the edge, however we choose to serve without to highlight the traditional flavors of the brew. 4.8% ABV

STYLE: SAISON W/ TANGARINE AND LIME A pale Saison with fruity notes ... highly attenuated with floral and citrus from Saaz hops. Add a twist with Tangarine and Lime and you get this easy drinking and refreshing beer to enjoy throughout the year. 7.1 ABV

5 O'CLOCK

STYLE: AMERICAN PORTER It has been a long day at work, quitting time is here. Very dark in color, hints of coffee compliment the traditional burnt flavor. 6.3 ABV

DARK SIDE OF THE MOON

Style: IRISH STOUT Black in color with robust roasted malt flavor and aroma. Medium bodied. Very drinkable ABV - 4.1%

LAZY DAZE

STYLE: BERLINER WEISSE Wheat beer with pale golden straw-color. Refreshing tartness with a lemony-citric flavor … no hop bitterness. Can be served straight if you prefer the lemony flavor or with a small addition of raspberry syrup (commonly referred to as "Berliner Weisse mit Schuss: Himbeere” in Germany) to add some sweetness and cut the sourness. ABV 4.3%

RUNWAY

STYLE: PALE ALE ... A West Coast Style American Pale Ale which is a single hopped brew. The Citra hops provide the aroma and flavors of mango, passionfruit, and citrus with medium hop bitterness in the finish. ABV 5.5%

STYLE: BLACK IPA ... Pitch black in color and showcases malty and moderate roasty notes. It is quite hoppy…7.5 ABV

MOON HOP

STYLE: AMERICAN IPA TAn American IPA that’s brewed with American base and crystal malts. The combination creates a brew with good body and a grainy sweetness. This brew is single hopped with Centennial to provide the bitterness and dominant citrus aroma and flavor that you will find. 7.2% ABV

THERE'S A HAZE

STYLE: NEW ENGLAND IPA A grain bill with wheat and oaks to provide the hazy appearance & smooth mouthfeel combines with a plethora of Bru-1, Citra and Sabro Hops providing citrusy fruit flavors. 7.5 ABV

COBBLEHAUS SELTZER

Style: Seltzer A clean straight Seltzer … have plain with the light champagne notes or add the flavoring of your choice Ask bartender for today flavors. 6.0 ABV
