STYLE: GERMAN PILSNER Traditional German Pilsner brewed with locally malted grains from CNC Malting and noble hops ABV 5.3%

STYLE: FESTBIER Pale malty lager, medium body with light bread sweetness, aromas of caramel and darkened toast with floral hops. ABV - 5.8

HAUS OF SCHWARTZ

STYLE: SCHWARTZBIER ... German dark lager … opaque, black color with hints of chocolate and coffee flavors. Dry with mild roast malt characters. 4.9 ABV

OKTOBERHAUS

STYLE: MARZEN Time to celebrate Oktoberfest with our German Marzen ... It has a sweet maltiness and is amber in color, medium bodied with toasted bread / biscuit aroma and flavor. Marzen / Oktoberfest ABV - 5.9

CALLUBER

STYLE: BELGIAN GOLDEN STRONG ... Light golden color, balanced toward yeast attributes. Light hop notes with fruity sweetness and traditional Belgian yeast characteristics. 10.3% ABV

LUCKY ME

STYLE: BELGIAN TRIPEL ... Light golden color, surprisingly light considering the high ABV … with a fruity sweetness, mild spiciness to a dry finish. 9.9 ABV

SAMMY "B"

STYLE: HEFEWEIZEN ... A south German style of wheat beer. Typical with flavors of banana and cloves with a dry and tart edge. The Hefeweizen has little hop bitterness, and a moderate alcohol level. Often served with a lemon / Orange wedge to either cut the edge, however we choose to serve without to highlight the traditional flavors of the brew. 4.8% ABV

THEE TOVA

STYLE: SAISON W/ TANGARINE AND LIME A pale Saison with fruity notes ... highly attenuated with floral and citrus from Saaz hops. Add a twist with Tangarine and Lime and you get this easy drinking and refreshing beer to enjoy throughout the year. 7.1 ABV

5 O'CLOCK

STYLE: AMERICAN PORTER It has been a long day at work, quitting time is here. Very dark in color, hints of coffee compliment the traditional burnt flavor. 6.3 ABV

LAZY DAZE

STYLE: BERLINER WEISSE Wheat beer with pale golden straw-color. Refreshing tartness with a lemony-citric flavor … no hop bitterness. Can be served straight if you prefer the lemony flavor or with a small addition of raspberry syrup (commonly referred to as "Berliner Weisse mit Schuss: Himbeere” in Germany) to add some sweetness and cut the sourness. ABV 4.3%

BLACK BEAR

STYLE: BLACK IPA ... Pitch black in color and showcases malty and moderate roasty notes. It is quite hoppy…7.5 ABV

HALF BLOOD MOON

STYLE: IPA ... Blood Orange IPA ... Brewed with English 2-Row malted barley and Simcoe Hops. Finished on Blood Orange extract and puree. Big fruity aroma and hazy appearance. Bitter blood orange finish. 7.0 ABV

HAZY IDEAS

STYLE: NEW ENGLAND IPA A grain bill with wheat and oaks to provide the hazy appearance & smooth mouthfeel along with honey malt to provide a light sweetness combines with a plethora of Citra, Mosaic and Eldorado Hops providing tropical fruit flavors. 7.2% ABV

HOP QUEEN

STYLE: AMERICAN IPA ... West Coast Style IPA highlighting the strong citrus, stone fruit, black currant, and gooseberry notes of the African Queen Hop 7.9 ABV

COBBLEHAUS SELTZER

Style: Seltzer A clean straight Seltzer … have plain with the light champagne notes or add the flavoring of your choice Ask bartender for today flavors. 6.0 ABV
