STYLE: BERLINER WEIZEN Wheat beer with pale golden straw-color. Refreshing tartness with a lemony-citric flavor … no hop bitterness. Can be served straight if you prefer the lemony flavor (commonly referred to as "Berliner Weisse mit Schuss: Himbeere” in Germany) to add some sweetness and cut the sourness ... 4.2% ABV

HAUS OF SCHWARTZ

STYLE: Schwarzbier German dark lager ... opaque, black color with hints of chocolate and coffee flavors. Dry with mild roast malt characters ABV - 4.9%

Style: Porter It has been a long day at work, quitting time is here. Very dark in color, hints of coffee compliment the traditional burnt flavor. 6.3 ABV

STYLE: AMERICAN IPA Tan American IPA that’s brewed with American base and crystal malts. The combination creates a brew with good body and a grainy sweetness. This brew is single hopped with Centennial to provide the bitterness and dominant citrus aroma and flavor that you will find. 7.2% ABV

STYLE: HEFEWEIZEN ... A south German style of wheat beer. Typical with flavors of banana and cloves with a dry and tart edge. The Hefeweizen has little hop bitterness, and a moderate alcohol level.
